The Pawz Away Threshold Pet Barrier keeps your pet from entering or leaving a certain room or from going up or downstairs. No longer will you have to step over inconvenient pet gates or keep your pet locked in a room all day. Just place the Threshold Barrier near the area your pet should avoid.
The barrier transmits a radio signal to a collar around your pet's neck, which electronically blocks him from stairways and door openings. When your pet approaches the barrier area, he hears a series of beeps from the collar followed by a safe, progressive static correction from the collar. The beeps warn your pet not to move any closer, and if he does, the mild correction startles him to remind him not to enter the area. Your pet will quickly learn which areas he is free to enjoy and which he should stay away from.
Add extra collars to keep multiple pets out of the same area, or add extra barriers to keep pets out of several areas. Pet-proof your home for their safety and your peace of mind.

How long is the warranty?

How do I cancel an order?

How do I return the product?

Please note that a return shipping label is provided only for cases where the product received is defective, damaged in transit or the wrong item was sent. Where the return reason is change of mind or if an incorrect order was submitted through no fault of PetsTEK, return shipping will be shouldered by the customer.
All returned items will incur a 10% restocking fee.
Can I get a refund?
You will receive a full product refund after the item has arrived at our return facility and was checked in.
