What is a remote trainer/remote training collar?

A remote training collar is a device that produces static, vibration or tone stimulation. It is a tool designed to help with training dogs from basic commands to more complex ones. Used properly, it can help improve communication between you and your dog.

What is a no bark collar?

A no bark collar, or anti-bark collar, is a device that will interrupt your dog's barking automatically.

What is an e-fence?

E-fences come in two variations, in-ground and wireless. Both devices create an invisible zone where your dog is trained not to wander past it.

How do I use these products?

Each product is unique, and you must read the user's manual to understand its functionality. You can find the list of available product manuals here. For general information on how to use a remote training collar, please check our blog.

How long can I keep the collar on my dog?

Never keep the collar on for more than 8 hours a day. Remember to rotate the collar every 2-3 hours to avoid allergies and pressure sores.

What dog types can I use these products for?

You can use e-collars with all types of dogs and personalities. We do not recommend using any e-collar product with aggressive dogs and puppies.

Usage Safety and Tips

Please read the user manual before using the product. Start training at the lowest level possible, and never leave the collar on your dog for more than 10 hours straight.

Do you price match?

The manufacturers set all prices. Unfortunately, we cannot price match to Amazon.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept ApplePay and GooglePay.

How can I use my coupon?

At the checkout, add your unique code to the coupon code box.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Because the company is registered in Florida, we currently only collect sales tax if the product is purchased in Florida.

How to Order

To order the item, simply find the item you like, add the item to the cart and finish the checkout process. Please be advised that our customer service team cannot process orders over the phone.

 

Warranty and Returns

How long is the warranty?

All products have at least 1-year limited warranty. Some products have a warranty lasting up to two years. For more details about the warranty, please see the product warranty page.

How do I cancel an order?

If you placed an order and would like to cancel it, please email us at customerservice@petstek.com. We do not guarantee that an item can be recalled after it was shipped.

How do I return the product?

We have a 60-day money-back guarantee. For return requests, please email us at customerservice@petstek.com. Please note that a return shipping label is provided only for cases where the product received is defective, damaged in transit or the wrong item was sent. Where the return reason is change of mind or if an incorrect order was submitted through no fault of PetsTEK, return shipping will be shouldered by the customer.

Can I get a refund?

You will receive a full product refund after the item has arrived at our return facility and was checked in.

The product I received was faulty/damaged. What can I do?

If the product you received is not working properly, you can contact us at customerservice@petstek.com, and we will assist you.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free with a purchase of over $49. Items below $49 will have a flat rate of $5 shipping.

Do you have express shipping?

Yes, we offer expedited shipping.

How long is the shipping time?

On average, shipping can take from 2-5 days to be delivered, barring unforeseen delays.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to US addresses only. We currently do not ship to international destinations.

How can I track my order?

After your item is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number.
