Check the battery, charging cord, outlet, and power button first. For rechargeable collars, PetSafe recommends confirming that the collar light turns on while charging and allowing the collar to fully charge before testing it again.
Some rechargeable PetSafe collars take around 2 to 3 hours to fully charge. The exact charging time can vary by model, so always check your product manual.

Please note that a return shipping label is provided only for cases where the product received is defective, damaged in transit or the wrong item was sent. Where the return reason is change of mind or if an incorrect order was submitted through no fault of PetsTEK, return shipping will be shouldered by the customer.
You will receive a full product refund after the item has arrived at our return facility and was checked in.
