PetsTEK Warranty Information
PetsTEK is an authorized dealer. As such, your purchase comes with a limited non-transferable warranty from the manufacturer.
What does the limited warranty cover?
The limited manufacturer warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship during the warranty period.
During the warranty period, the product manufacturer, at their sole discretion, shall determine if the product is defective. They will then resolve to repair or replace the product covered by the warranty. This includes the cost of repairs (parts and labor), or replacement (where a repair is not feasible).
How long does the coverage last?
Your purchase comes with a limited 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty, except for some select models that come with an extended +1-Year or a 2-Year Manufacturer Warranty.

What is not covered?
The limited manufacturer warranty does not cover issues arising from any of the following:
- Damage and deterioration due to misuse, neglect, abuse, or improper handling
- Failure to follow use and care instructions
- Using the product for anything other than the intended purpose
- Accidents and/or natural forces and Acts of God
- Devices that have been modified and tampered with in any manner
- Devices that have been opened and repaired by anyone other than the manufacturer
- Damage caused by an animal
- Lost and/or stolen units
- Damage from normal wear and tear
Additionally, any device purchased from a non-authorized dealer or reseller, including from non-authorized internet websites, is excluded from the limited warranty coverage.
How to Avail of Warranty
You may contact PetsTEK customer service. We will assist you with basic troubleshooting. In cases where further assistance is needed, we will refer you to the manufacturer so you may avail of the warranty service.
We strongly advise that you register your products at the respective manufacturer websites within 30 days of purchase for easier warranty claims. If your product has not been registered, you will need to provide the following to process a claim:
- Proof of Purchase
- Product Model
- Serial Number
Instructions to send the product back will be provided by the manufacturer.

Warranty and Returns
How long is the warranty?
All products have at least 1-year limited warranty. Some products have a warranty lasting up to two years. For more details about the warranty, please see the product warranty page.
How do I cancel an order?
If you placed an order and would like to cancel it, please email us at customerservice@petstek.com. We do not guarantee that an item can be recalled after it has shipped.
How do I return the product?
We have a 60-day money-back guarantee. For return requests, please email us at customerservice@petstek.com. Please note that a return shipping label is provided only for cases where the product received is defective, damaged in transit or the wrong item was sent. Where the return reason is change of mind or if an incorrect order was submitted through no fault of PetsTEK, return shipping will be shouldered by the customer.
All returned items will incur a 10% restocking fee.
Can I get a refund?
You will receive a full product refund after the item has arrived at our return facility and was checked in.
The product I received was faulty/damaged. What can I do?
If the product you received is not working properly, you can contact us at customerservice@petstek.com, and we will assist you.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free with a purchase of over $49. Items below $49 will have a flat rate of $5.99 shipping.
Do you have express shipping?
Yes, we offer expedited shipping.
How long is the shipping time?
On average, shipping can take from 2-5 days to be delivered, barring unforeseen delays.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to US addresses only. We currently do not ship to international destinations.
How can I track my order?
After your item is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number.
