SportDOG - SD-1875 - UplandHunter 1875 - 1 Mile - Remote Training Collar

This collar has been a life changer for my GSP. I take my dog on hunts and sometimes he gets too intense. A level 3 nick is enough to get him to stop and re-focus. Sport Dog collars have good quality and range. Watreproof and easy to use. Perfect for hunting dogs.

High quality product and very easy to use

Works well. Happy with this purchase.

Used on a pointer. Turning the locate beeper on and off was a bit of a challenge. But it's working so I am satisfied. This is my second purchase.

This worked as expected. Highly recommend

This trainer is great. No issues at all with it. Setting up is easy. Putting it on the dog is easy. Using it on the field is easy. The beeper is a fantastic addition. Thank you!

Works exactly as described. Love the orange color.

Works great. 5 stars.

This is a well-designed collar with good volume and plenty of cound options. The color adds visibility on the field.

It would be nice to have separate tones for point and locate. This is very loud and if the sound can be adjusted it would be perfect. Nice color.

I had some issue with the product that arrived but customer service helped me and sorted it out. Great product. Happy with this purchase.

waterproof and durable. works great for a small dog.

We use this to call our dog back. Wish it worked more consitently though.

Took one star off because the beeper could be louder. Great collar otherwise.

This was purchased because I hunt a lot and wanted a beeper function with the usual remote trainer options. This one has multiple levels of stimulation, vibration, tone, and the beeper function I wanted. Unfortunately, the beeper on this model is absolutely horrible. It sounds like a bird being electrocuted. I finally just turned it off because it was so distracting to me and bothersome to the dog. I love Sport Dog collar but come on.

This ecolar worls great at long distances. I used it to train hunting dogs.

SportDOG collars are great value. I had one for over a decade and it worked great (with a few battery changes). I decided to get a newer model and ended up with this and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. My dog started responding to training on day 1 and I only had the collar on vibrate and tone. We're now working hard and learning to flush out birds. The range on this is great too. It's waterproof. The sound is loud enough. My hunting buddy purchased the same model because he saw how well it worked for my dog. Thank you.

This collar has great range. The locator is a good feature. This is easy to set up and use. It's easy to hear over long distances.

I needed a collar to use while hunting in tall grasses. This was recommended by a hunting buddy. The transmitter worked great but I am not as happy with the beeper. The way it is positioned, it's right next to my dog's ear. He goes crazy when it goes off, even at the low setting. Progarmming it was easy but I wish it was designed differently.

This is a great collar. Easy to set-up and use. Came with 2 sizes of contact points. Just perfect.

This collar works fine. The only issue I have with it is the beeper. Sometimes, it won't stop. Tried it several times and as soon as my dog moves after moving a target, it will start beeping and wont stop. Other features like the vibration and static work well.

the instructional cd was very helpful and easy to understand

Second purchase. The first was for me and this one is going to be a gift for a friend.

This is a great collar. It comes with a video that's really handy for training. The unit itself is easy to use and train with. The range is excellent. It has a lot of great features, very durable and you can tell it's high quality. SportDog also has one of the best customer service around. It's a little pricey but it is worth every penny.

Purchased for a 5 month old GSD. First-time e-collar user.

Collar fits great.
Easy set up.
Good battery life.
Easy to handle controls.
Solid construction.
