It's an ok collar.

The collar works but I didn't 100% love it. For one, the instructions that came in the package seem to be for a different collar. I found it so hard to follow. I had to call to get some help pairing it. The material could also be better. I doubt it will hold up very well if you have very active dogs like I do. I am happy that it works well with the fence though so there's that.

PetSafe in ground fences work great. Very reliable. We've had 3 different dogs on the system over the last few years with no issues. The only complain we have is the collars. They break easily. We're constantly buying replacements every 2 years. I don't think they're waterproof either.

I thought this was waterproof

My dog took the collar swimming in the pool and now the collar needs replacing. It worked wonderfully while it lasted. I just didn't realize it wasn't waterproof.
