You need to be consistent otherwise it's a waste of money

The product came with an instruction manual that's easy to understand. I tested the shock on my arm before putting the collar on my dog. It's slightly uncomfortable for me, not terrible. I wanted to use just the tone or the vibration but unfortunately, my dog doesn't react to either. So the shock was what I was forced to use. It does work and it doesn't seem to hurt my dog, just startled him enough to stop and look at me. If you're using a collar to train your dog, please understand that it's not magic. Your dog won't change just like that. You have to put in the work and be consistent with training otherwise, this is just a waste of moeny.

It's amazing!!

This is an amazing device. My dog is sensitive but has a barking problem. She has a tendency to wander to the neighbor's yard and just keep barking and barking. I was getting very embarassed. My neighbors are nice people but I doubt they enjoy the constant yapping. This trainer helped me teach my dog about boundaries. I used tone and vibration only. We've had great improvement so far. Bonus points for the collar being waterproof.

I love this remote trainer.

I love this remote trainer. It's small but the correction levels are more than sufficient. It also locks on the higher elevels which is great for avoiding accidents. I just wish this came with longer prongs for thick-haired dogs.

Works excatly like you would expect

The collar works as advertised. I have been remiss in training my dog and he grew up with barking and licking problems. He'd also beg for food any chance he gets. I finally realized I haven't been a very good dog mom and bought this collar to attempt to train him to be better behaved. I used the tone to get him to stop and then followed up with a verbal command. He never whined so I know the collar is not hurting him. The training is going slow, mostly because we have a lot of bad behavior to unlearn, but this collar definitely works. I just wish I did this sooner.
