Zero issues, works perfectly

This works perfectly. Charge lasts a few days. Waterproof. Night light doubles as a flashing beacon and is very helpful whether training lasts into the night or you just want to take your dog out for a quick walk after dinner.

Read the directions and learn how to take care of the collar. I'm positive that with proper care, this will last years.

Works exceptionally well

Pro tip: YouTube is a big help in learning how to use this. Certainly much better than relying just on the manual.

Love the adjustable stimulation levels. Big help in finding the right level without shocking the dog.

Did wonders for my personal health

I had a different brand e-collar previously. It did little to get my pup's attention, even at more than 50% of power. I returned it and bought this instead. In just 2 days, my pup's already showing potential.

I must admit that initially I was upset with the K9-400 because it didn't feel quite as premium as the other brand. However, once I got past that, I realized that it has its own unique touches. Like the dust covers on the ports, the more intuitive remote buttons, the hold and the boost features, and so much more. The collar on this product is much, much better. It's more comfortable for my pup. The battery life is also fantastic. Charging time is very fast. Plus it has a LED light that's great for training even in the dark. The activation and set up was fairly easy too.

Overall, I really love this e-collar. It certainly helped lower my blood pressure now that I worry less for my pup.

Works great!

I have bought many collars and leashes in gthe past. This is the first time I'm trying an eCollar. I feel like I should have just bought an eCollar from the start and saved a lot of money. This is the only one that worked and got my dog to behave. So many say an eCollar is cruel. They're wrong.
