The instructions suck but if you have the patience to read through everything carefully, you should be able to set it up. Or watch some yt tutorials for the more visual learners. Once set up is out of the way though, it's fairly easy to use. The battery life is great, contrary to other reviews I read. I use this on my bulldog for maybe 8-10 hours daily and use the buttons sparingly. It lasts a week on a single charge.

Purchased this to train our Doberman. It has been working very well. The battery life is good. It usually lasts us all day on one charge. Our dog likes to play rough with our neighbor's dog and the collar has held very well. We're using the static feature for training and it doesn't harm the dog at all. Some people think this is a shock collar. It's really closer to a Tens unit used for muscle pain aand massage therapy. We are very pleased with this amd will get the same for our other dog.

It's a great training tool but takes a while to get the hang of using it so I give it 4 stars.

This collar works great when I can get it working. I'm just finding it hard to link the controller and the collar every time I use it.

This worked great for my labrador. We only used tone and vibration in training. I would have given 5 stars but the instruction manual is useless. I am a fairly smart person and I still had trouble understanding what needed to be done to get this set up. I found way more information on You Tube. I also wish that it included more contact points in the set. I had to buy extra ones thart would fit my dog better.

Educator collars are the only ones we'll ever use on our dogs. They're dependable and high quality. This collar works great. We only hope they improve the battery life. Other than that, all good.

I think this is a good collar. It feels sturdy and looks durable. But I need more instructions on how to use this.

Our dog wouldn't come when called. He barked ALL THE TIME. He peed on the floor and the bed and made my wife mad. You'd think we got him off the streets instead of from a reputable breeder. It did take us a while to get him to adjust to just having this collar on (but that's not really the fault of the collar, is it?) Now all it takes is for him to see the remote and he behaves. I barely had to use the shock before he started listening. This is seriously a life changer. I was worried we might have to give our dog up but this collar changed everything.

The Educator brand is the best brand of electronic collars. Very happy with this purchase.

The remote and the receiver are great. It's the included collar strap that feels cheap for the price you paid for it. The manual is worthless. The bettery life is average.

This collar is a must have for any dog owner. I've been told it's inhumane but I've used it for weeks now and I can say it doesn't hurt my dog at all. It's a fantastic training tool. My dog has improved a lot and listens to commands well. He has adjusted so much and now even just the sight of the yellow remote is enough to get him to follow. This is not cruel or inhumane at all. You know what's cruel? Leaving your dog untrained. An ecollar can help train your dog AND improve their life.

We love that this comes with so many training options. It has audible tone, vibration and shock. The shock can be single or continuous. You can easily find the right one for your training needs. We have a labrador mix that we wanted to "unlearn" some bad behavior and our neighbor recommended this collar. He has learned quickly with the help of the EZ900. Would recommend!

Educator Collars are always well made and come with awesome features. I used a different model before and wanted to get another one for a bigger dog. Our trainer suggested this. I admit it looks a little intimidating. The remote is larger than the model I was used to. But over-all, this is a good investment. My dog is responding well. I love the features with all the different levels and the lock option. The light tracking is also a great feature to have. It did take until level 30 before my dog started reacting but he is big with a rather thick neck.

This particular model gets a lot of low ratings because they can't figure out how to set it up and how to use it. My suggestion is watch some videos on online. They're easier to follow than the manual.

One of the best ecollars I've used. Well worth the money.

The EZ-900 has nice quality build. It has many levels and options like momentary and vibrate. You can adjust to get the right one to get your dog's attention without hurting them. We have a german shepard that was always excited and jumping on people. He was also pulling on his leash whenevr out on walks. Two weeks of using this collar and he pretty much learned to heel already. Less excitable and doesn't pull anymore. Great improvement.

The collar works great. extremely useful for behavior correction and training.

I wish I followed my gut and just purchased this from the start. I was thinking it's a little more than what I can afford so I bought a different brand collar that's cheaper. It had a mind of its own and the levels kept changing. I ended up chucking it out because I was worried it will hurt my dog.

I got another collar to replace it. The brand is better known, still a bit less expensive than the ez-900. It stopped working after 2 weeks. I finally just went ahead and purchased this. Best decision I made. It took a bit of getting used to at the beginning but a few YouTube videos helped get me sorted. I was able to program the collar in a few minutes.

I like the charger on this. I've tested it on the rain and it is waterproof. The led light is a great addition. I hope this lasts a long time. 5 stars.

Works as advertized

Purchased for a 1 year old American Pitbull. Training is going well. She lets us put the collar on her and we use it while out on walks. A gentle tap of the vibration is enough to get her attention.

This is a very good quality ecollar. One small, very low shock is all it took for my labradoodle to start listening. Love this!

Get the EZ-900. It's a bit pricey but it's well worth it. Works great!
