Works well so far... I always just use the lowest settings. Only complaint is I think I may need a longer version of the prong things on the receiver because my dog has very thick coat.

"I love this ecollar! I've read many articles saying this is a communication device and not a punishment device. After using it, I can full heartedly say that I agree. We live in a farm. With the wide, open space it's sometimes difficult to call our retriever back. I bought this so I don't have to worry all the time that she'll stray too far away. It has worked extremely well. We rarely use it if she's within sight or calling range. But if she can't see us or hear us, all it takes is a single tab of the vibrate button and she comes running back. I've used the collar on her on hikes as well and it worked just as well. I've never have to used the shock option at all. At night, the collar's night light helps us see where she is so we now allow her to run as much as she can. I can't say this enough. This device is amazing. "

This is my second purchase. The first one I bought through a different store and it lasted a very, very long time. Unfortunately, the battery on both remote and collar has gone from lasting days to not even 6 hours now. All good though. We've definitely already gotten our money's worth.

Our dog is a little crazy and can be out of control sometimes. Goes crazy while out on walks and sees other dogs. His trainer rec0mmended this and what a Godsend. He's great with commands now. No more little berserker on the street.

Highly recommended. Worth the money, great quality, and IT WORKS.

It takes some practice to get the hang of using this ecollar and the product manual is really no help. Difficult to understand. You'd be better off watching videos online. But once you get it working, it works very well. Thumbs up, would recommend!

This WORKS. I was worried it will hurt my lab but it has been very gentle and didn't bother my Lola at all. Within a week I had her listening and obeying commands. I only had to use very minimal stimulation. Never even had to use the other features.

What I like about this remote trainer:
- Fast delivery: This arrived quickly, in good condition. The box is properly secured
- Multiple features: If you don't want to use static, there's tone and vibration options.
- Great battery life: So far, the battery is lasting around 48 hours on a single charge
- Came with easy to follow instructions: There's an instruction manual that's easy to understand

What I did not like:
- Complex tool: The instructions may be clear but it can still take a while to get the hang of using the remote
- Does not replace basic training: Do not use this if your dog has not been trained to follow at least the basic commands.

Training collars I realized are more effective when used to reinforce already learned commands or to correct behavior. If your dog is just starting to learn the basics, perhaps using an ecollar is not the best solution.

I have just started using this on my dog. I did try it on myself before putting it on her. So far so good. She's all excited about this, lots of tail wagging. I'm not sure how effective the training is gonna be but that's probably more of a me problem than a collar problem.

We have a big dog. Almost 80 pounds now and still growing. He's a sweetheart but can be very excitable when outdoors. It's not easy to chase down a small giant, let me tell you. A good friend recommended the mini educator and I was honestly not sure if I want to do that because so many articles talk about using positive reinforcement only. I was worried it will make my dog's issues worse. But I finally caved and I am so glad for it.

I didn't want to use the shock, I still don't. The vibration seems to be doing a wonderful job of it anyway. The first time we used it, he literally stopped in his tracks and had this confused look. But after a few days, he's already responding to it very well.

I still think postive reinforcement is the key but if used correctly and consistently, this can be a good addition to positive reinforcement training. It's worth the price if only for the reason that I don't need to worry about a runaway dog anymore. I just wish I don't have to pair the collar and the remote every single time after charging. It's a bit annoying but other than that, I love this collar.

I have purchased many different shock collars over the years. I have tried different brands and different models. The ET-300 is the one I find myself continuously using. I find it easier to use than most. The color coded buttons make it easy to identify which dog is getting the stim. Love the night light. My dogs were trained so well they can go off leash even during hikes trhough the woods. I will never stop recommending this collar.

I know the lock is there to prevent accidental changes but on the other hand, it's also making it harder to adjust the stimulation quickly. That's my only complaint.

An absolute must for dog owners. It will change your and your dog's life.

I purchased a cheap collar before and it accidentally electrocuted my rescue. I know I didn't want to get another one like that. The mini educator is a bit more expensive but it has a vibration option which I prefer. My rescue is deaf and she likes this so much better. I like that there's a lock to help avoid accidents.

This is not our first time to use ecollars. They always work great. What we like:

Not our first purchase of an educator collar. We had one for over 2 years and the only reason we bought a new one is the dial's sticking already. Although it probably just needs a good cleaning. Our old collar has gone through every weather condition and didn't break. Battery life is still good up to now. Charging time is done in minutes. We're sure this new one will last as long if not longer.

I wasn't 100% sure if I chose the right collar for my dog so I reached out to them and customer service was quick to respond and was very helpful. They're also an authorized reseller so I'm confident that the product is legit and high quality. The collar arrived quickly. It's easy to use and charges quickly.

The mini educator is fantastic. It's easy to use and the battery lasts 2 days easy. No other brand can compare.

Works great! The only thing I did not like is the color but I just found out I can buy skins for this so I'm happy.

We have a Malinois mix that gives new meaning to the word zoomies. With a temperament like that, we really didn't have high hopes that an e-collar would work. The first time we used this though, he got maybe 20 feet then with one push of a button he stopped. Of course, we had to up the strength three times since then but what can we do? The dog is the definition of stubborn. But. He behaves so well now. We're already starting to wean him off the collar a bit. We're very very pleased with this. The mini educator works and it works well.

Absolute game changer. I thought I had to spend thousands of dollars on dog training camps just to stop our Frenchie from constantly pulling on his leash. I've tried everything from multiple harnesses to expensive, branded leashes. Nothing stopped his dogged determination to remove my arm from its socket. I finally caved and bought this "static stimulation collar" watched a few online trainign videos and what do you know? One the first day I tried it on him, one shock was all it took for him to stop pulling. We're still in training but he's slowly learning what he's not supposed to do and my arms have never felt this happy.

I am not very tall and I have a small dog. This ecollar is perfect for both of us. The remote is circular like a stopwatch. Not quite like those bulky remote controls I see all the time. It fits my hand well. The collar strap can be adjusted and also fits my dog's neck with no issues.

Work with a dog trainer before using on your dog. Properly done, your dog will be more reliable and safe.
