DogWatch Warranty Information
DogWatch requires the warranty registration to be completed for the warranty to be activated. Click to register your DogWatch product.
- Warranty Registration must be submitted online within 30 days of purchase or all repairs will be subject to applicable labor and replacement fees.
- If warranty information is not on file, a proof of purchase is required.
Warranty
DogWatch Inc. (the Company), subject to the terms and conditions set forth hereunder, hereby warrants that it will repair or replace at its own discretion, without charge for parts or labor, the product or any part thereof which is found to be defective by reason of improper workmanship and/or materials.
As a condition of this warranty, Customer must:
- Complete warranty registration online within 30 days after purchase.
- Notify the Company of a claimed defect within the warranty period after the purchase.
- Mail product back, insurance and postage prepaid, to your Authorized DogWatch Dealer.
The Company’s sole responsibility under this warranty will be to repair or replace, at its option, the product or part which DogWatch Inc. determines to be defective. In no event will the Company be liable for any special, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of the purchase or use of the product. In no event shall the Company’s liability exceed the purchase price of the product.
Remote Trainers
- DogWatch Inc. provides a limited warranty from the date of purchase on both parts and labor for the transmitter and receiver for the following DogWatch products:
- BigLeash S-15 Remote Trainer: two (2) years.
- BigLeash V-10 Vibration Trainer: one (1) year.
- DogWatch, Inc. provides a one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase on parts and labor for batteries.
- Accessories such as chargers and splitter cables carry a one (1) year warranty.
- Warranty does not cover repairs or replacement due to misuse by the owner or dog, improper maintenance or lost units.
- BigLeash transmitters are “water resistant,” not “water-proof,” and are not covered under warranty for water-related damage or malfunction.
- The warranty is void if the unit has been altered or an unauthorized person has attempted repair work.
- Warranty is non-transferrable.
Leash Trainers
- DogWatch Inc. provides a limited one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase on both parts and labor for the SideWalker Leash Trainer.
- DogWatch, Inc. provides a one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase on parts and labor for batteries.
- Accessories such as chargers and splitter cables carry a one (1) year warranty.
- Warranty does not cover repairs or replacement due to misuse by the owner or dog, improper maintenance or lost units.
- The warranty is void if the unit has been altered or an unauthorized person has attempted repair work.
- Warranty is non-transferrable.
No-Bark Trainers
- DogWatch Inc. provides a limited one (1) year warranty from the original date of sale on both parts and labor for the BarkCollar No Bark Trainer.
- DogWatch, Inc. provides a one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase on parts and labor for batteries.
- Accessories such as chargers and splitter cables carry a one (1) year warranty.
- Warranty does not cover repairs or replacement due to misuse by the owner or dog, improper maintenance or lost units.
- The warranty is void if the unit has been altered or an unauthorized person has attempted repair work.
- Warranty is non-transferrable.
Warranty claims may be subject to dealer service charges and/or manufacturers shipping and handling charges.Except for the express warranty stated above, the Company disclaims all express and implied warranties or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Warning
This product is not intended for use with dogs who have a history of aggressive behavior. Do not use this product if your dog has a history of aggressive behavior or could cause harm to itself or others.

Warranty and Returns
How long is the warranty?
All products have at least 1-year limited warranty. Some products have a warranty lasting up to two years. For more details about the warranty, please see the product warranty page.
How do I cancel an order?
If you placed an order and would like to cancel it, please email us at customerservice@petstek.com. We do not guarantee that an item can be recalled after it has shipped.
How do I return the product?
We have a 60-day money-back guarantee. For return requests, please email us at customerservice@petstek.com. Please note that a return shipping label is provided only for cases where the product received is defective, damaged in transit or the wrong item was sent. Where the return reason is change of mind or if an incorrect order was submitted through no fault of PetsTEK, return shipping will be shouldered by the customer.
All returned items will incur a 10% restocking fee.
Can I get a refund?
You will receive a full product refund after the item has arrived at our return facility and was checked in.
The product I received was faulty/damaged. What can I do?
If the product you received is not working properly, you can contact us at customerservice@petstek.com, and we will assist you.

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free with a purchase of over $49. Items below $49 will have a flat rate of $5.99 shipping.
Do you have express shipping?
Yes, we offer expedited shipping.
How long is the shipping time?
On average, shipping can take from 2-5 days to be delivered, barring unforeseen delays.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to US addresses only. We currently do not ship to international destinations.

After your item is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number.
