    Solved several issues

    We purchased this so we can take our retriever with us on hikes without having to put him on a leash. So far, it's been working well. He stays close. When he decides to explore on his own, we can call him back with a press of a button. We have also used the same collar to teach him to stay within our back yard. We love that it doesn't hurt him and gives him freedom to wander within limit.

    Works great for our dog's needs

    "My lab has a problem with our mailman. He seems to think the mailman is his enemy and would lay in wait every day for the poor man to come. At the site of his truck, my dog will jump at the window and bark nonstop. I purchased this collar to correct that behavior and save our mailman from the stress of evading my dog. The collar has tone, vibration and static shock. I didn't want to use the shock feature. It didn't hurt when I tried it on myself but I still can't wrap my head around the idea of shocking my dog. Thankfully, the vibration was enough to get his attention and I just follow up with a verbal command. This has been working great. Thank you!"

    Need better directions

    I wish this came with better usage instructions. It works but I can't figure out how to change to the higher levels.

    Solved our barking problem

    The sidewalk is visible from my back yard and this has been driving my dog crazy. The moment he sees movement, he's off and barking. This collar put an end to all that. I click on the static once and he would stop and come back inside the house.

    Vibration and Tone Did the Trick

    Purchased for a sensitive dog. I was weary of getting a remote trainer because I didn't really want to zap my dog. I'm happy to find this collar that offered vibration and tone options. They're not adjustable like the electric but it's fine. I used the vibration whenever my dog would bark and he'd usually stop immediately. In cases when he's being a bit more stubborn, I'd click the vibration twice to get him to stop. He has since learned that wearing the collar means no barking and I rarely need to correct him now.
