This is an awesome training collar. I'm using it on my Weimaraner to keep him off the road. His coat is short but he has a thick neck so the short prongs didn't quite fit very well and the correction wasn't consistent. I chaged it to the longer prongs and that worked so much better. I used to have a PetSafe underground fence at my old home and loved it too. PetSafe is a very good company, great customer service, good quality products. I will always buy PetSafe.

We've used PetSafe products before. This is a nice improvement on the older model we were using. The distance is also so much better. It's great because it allows our dogs to run farther. The vibration was perfect for our barker. I also love that it's now expandable to multiple dogs. The only thing I did not like was the collar strap. I felt the one on the older model was of better quality.

This is a well-designed collar that is very easy to use. We have a dog that listens to no one but me. With a single beep from this trainer, my wife is now able to get the dog to listen to her, too. We have avoided so much drama and frustration with this. Just fantastic.

This remote trainer is smaller that the ones I used before. The correction levels have smaller increments and has a lock to prevent accidenatl change. This also has a great range. It covers the entire backyard. I just wish that the remote buttons were designed better because I find them a little hard to use. You might also need to get longer prongs if your dog has thick neck hair.

This is an amazing remote trainer. The charger works on both the remote and the collar at once which is fantastic. It has 3 training options similar to my wireless fence so it's even easier on my dogs to learn. It took a very short amount of time to correct unwanted behavior in one of my dogs.

This remote trainer works. However, I am very disappointed with the acual collar and strap. No matter how tight it starts on my dog's neck, it always comes loose. It always end up sliding down his neck and when it's at that point, he doesn't get consistent correction, if he gets any at all.

I haven't really had time to do any serious training since I got this but I have tested it maybe 2-3 times with my dog and so far, I'm very happy with it. This collar is rechargeable. It's great not to have to constantly buy replacement batteries which can really get expensive in the long run. The collar has a light that is very helpful at night. The kit comes with longer prongs. My lab has long hair so this is particularly helpful.

The collar is easy to use. The quality is pretty good too. I hope it lasts a long time.

I like that this trainer fits my hand easily and the command buttons are easy to navigate. The screen is made well. It's easy to see whether I'm in dark areas or in direct sunlight. I used the larger contact prongs for my dog but this comes with 2 sets so if your dog has short hair, you can use the shorter contact prongs. There's an option to switch between static and tone. What I do is I give my dog a warning beep and if that does not get his attention, I give a quick static correction.

I'm already seeing positive changes in my dog. I'm quite satisfied with this trainer.

I have a small dog with a barking and licking problem. This was mostly my fault. I think I spoiled him. But I recently gave birth to my first child and realized that I have been remiss in my duties and should have trained him better. I purchased this remote training collar to help him unlearn the bad behavior and teach him new ones. Training can be hard if you're not really used to it but I followed the directions of use. I watched some online videos. With consistent training, his behavior has improved dramatically. The audible tone was enough to get him to stop and listen. I never had to use the static. He also never whined once with this collar on so I know it's not hurting him. It worked just as well as advertised. I would definitely rec0mmend this product.

I had an issue with my 4 year old dog running across the street. The neighbors recently got a puppy and my dog loves to visit. Unfortunately, my street can get really busy sometimes and the last thing I wanted was him getting into an accident. He responded really well with this e-collar. What I do is use a warning tone to get him to stop before using a static correction.

This was the first time I tried an e-collar. The instructions were easy to understand however, I feel like the buttons on the remote could be better placed. It was hard for me to see. Once I got used to it though, it became easier. This model apparently works for two dogs so I'm happy because I am thinking of getting another dog and it would be great not to have to buy another full set and toggle two different remotes. Over-all, this e-collar is very useful.

My fur baby has a thing for my planters. This was purchased to keep him out of that spot. It's wroking well so far.

My staffie is a flight risk, for real. You never know when he'll have it in his head to just take off. I got this collar to help ease my anxiety and worry. The collar is not too bulky and it's rechargeable. More importantly, he responded really well to it. The vibration got his attention and made him listen to voice commands so much faster than before.

I love that this e collar and remote is very easy to set up. Charging can also be done simultaneously. It has sound, vibration and stimulation so you have a lot of options with training.

My dog has a barking problem. The fence doesn't stop him. In fact, I think he becomes more determined to bark because of the fence. He can also get very stubborn and refuse to listen to me when called. He didn't like having a collar on at first. It took a few days to get him used to having it on. Once he got comfortable with it, I tried the sound. He did stop immediately and came back. He got used to it quick though and went back to ignoring me so I had to change it up to vibration. It worked so much better.

I have a 2 year old lab with some behavior issues. She responded to this collar quickly. I used the sound with verbal commands. When she's being very stubborn, I use the vibration. That is usually enough to get her to pay attention and would usually listen to voice commands after. I am very pleased with the results. She has really improved a lot on this collar.

This really works great! We use it to redirect unwanted bahevior and it's been very useful. It's great for reinforcing voice commands. The remote is responsive. The range is excellent. The whole set is easy to set up and use. Anyone can use this.

I have a stubborn dog. She'd constantly pull on her leash. She was also prone to wondering and was very easily distracted. I purchased this remote trainer because I was always worrying about her. What I did was set it so when she started to wonder, I gave her a correction. At the beginning she would get startled and stop a bit then keep doing whatever she was doing again. It took 2-3 corrections before she started figuring out why she kept getting the static. I only ever used the lowest setting that I tried on myself beforehand. It is completely painless and worked well to get her attention. This is a really excellent tool for dog training.

Test it on yourself before using on your dog. The static is strong but it's not bad. It would help to know what is really uncomfortable for you so you have an idea what may also be the same for your dog. The remote is very easy to use but the tone is not as loud as I want it. My dog is on the bigger side and the vibration does not work for him. I don't think he even feels it. Make sure you know what you're doing before using a device like this.

The remote buttons need to be better. As it is, they're stiff and hard to press. It's even harder if you're using this for 2 dogs. I had to spend some time really getting used to what button is for which dog and finding just the right amount of pressure to get the button depressed. The product wroks well though, once you do get it working. So maybe consider improving the ergonomics?

We do not have a fence and our dog frequently goes out into the yard to potty. Needless to say, one of us always needs to go with him to make sure he doesn't run off. This collar was purchased to help with that. We used the tone and vibration to train him. This collar has helped us give him (and us!) more freedom. We can now let him out without a leash or a companion and he knows that a vibration means he has to come back. This really is an awesome product. Thank you!
