The PF-1000 E-Fence Kit installs quickly and easily. The system includes everything you’ll need to set a containment system in just a few hours. The transmitter can be configured to the yard size and shape. The collar receivers are customizable to the dog’s temperament through adjustable stimulation levels.
Advanced Containment
This e-fence system features a tone-only mode for highly sensitive dogs. Over-stimulation prevention is in place to ensure your pet doesn’t get overly corrected, resulting in less stress for your furry companions. Worried your dog will “freeze” in the Static Stimulation Zone? Don’t be. This same feature limits the correction duration to just 30 seconds before it locks out further corrections. The system resets once your dog leaves the Correction Zone.
Finally, a run-through prevention system generates static stimulation that gradually increases every time your dog tries to run through the boundary zone. This deters your pet from escaping the boundary you have set.

How long is the warranty?

How do I cancel an order?
If you placed an order and would like to cancel it, please email us at customerservice@petstek.com. We do not guarantee that an item can be recalled after it has shipped.
How do I return the product?
We have a 60-day money-back guarantee. For return requests, please email us at customerservice@petstek.com. Please note that a return shipping label is provided only for cases where the product received is defective, damaged in transit or the wrong item was sent. Where the return reason is change of mind or if an incorrect order was submitted through no fault of PetsTEK, return shipping will be shouldered by the customer.
All returned items will incur a 10% restocking fee.
Can I get a refund?
You will receive a full product refund after the item has arrived at our return facility and was checked in.
