We offer free shipping on all orders of $49 and over. For all items under $49, a flat shipping rate of $5 will be applied to the order.

Orders placed after 1:00 pm EST will be shipped on the next business day. Most orders will ship within 24 hours, except if the order is placed on a Friday or before a national holiday, it will ship the next business day.

To minimize the risk of delaying your shipping, please ensure that the information you provided is accurate. Additionally, orders where the billing and shipping addresses do not match will automatically be cancelled by the system. 

We currently only deliver within the United States, and we do not ship to international addresses. We also do not ship to APO, FPO, or PO Box addresses at this time.

    Very nice product and company

    I've had the PetSafe system for close to 10 years and it had stopped working. Can't complain. It lasted longer than I thought it would. I was in the market for a new one and spoke to customer service. The nice gentleman did some trouble shooting with me and what do you know, the old fence still had some life to it. I apparently did not need to get a new one after all! I did have to replace one of the collars but that's fine. I saved a lot of money not buying a whole new system so buying a new collar is perfectly fine.

    This is great :)

    Our dog ran away twice and was almost shot the second time after one of the neighbors mistook her for a wild animal. We did not want to keep her tied to a leash but at the same time, we knew we couldn't let her keep roaming. The Petsafe wireless fence was the perfect solution. She was still able to run and roam but kept within our property. We never had issues with the system except the occassional need to replace batteries. We recently got another dog and bought another collar so the new dog can also enjoy the same as our older one.

    Love everything about this unit

    We have a couple of German Shepherd dogs. We use the wireless fence system and bought the extra collar. The hole system was very helpful in keeping my dogs away from the water. The dogs were trained so well (initially with the beep) and now they respect the boundary even when their collars are off. This is a great product. I highly recommend getting one for the peace of mind it will give you a s a pet owner.

    Worked wonderfully

    Our labrador was trained on a PetSafe wireless system. He quickly learned to stay within the yard and away from the perimeter. When it was time to get another dog this year, we knew that we'd also like to have him on the same system. The extra collar is for the new pup. We're confident he'll do just as well.
