If you believe in good faith that any content on our website infringes upon your intellectual property rights, you may send PetsTEK a written notification pursuant to the DMCA Notice. Your DMCA Notice should contain all of the information listed below (and as further set forth in 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

- A statement that you swear under penalty of perjury that the information contained in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

If you fail to comply with all of the above requirements, your DMCA Notice will not be valid. Please note that you may be liable for damages, including court costs and attorneys' fees, if you materially misrepresent that materials on the website are infringing a copyright.
Counter Notification
If you believe in good faith that your own copyrighted material has been removed from the website as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter notification letter to PetsTEK's Copyright Agent pursuant to Sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the DMCA.
Your written correspondence must include substantially the following:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled;
- Your name, address, and telephone number;
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the content;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a counter notice, PetsTEK's Copyright Agent may send a copy of it to the original complaining party informing that party that PetsTEK may replace the removed content or cease disabling it.
You acknowledge that if you fail to comply with all of the above requirements, your DMCA counter notification will not be valid. Warranty and Returns
How long is the warranty?
All products have at least 1-year limited warranty. Some products have a warranty lasting up to two years. For more details about the warranty, please see the product warranty page.
How do I cancel an order?
If you placed an order and would like to cancel it, please email us at customerservice@petstek.com. We do not guarantee that an item can be recalled after it has shipped.
How do I return the product?
We have a 60-day money-back guarantee. For return requests, please email us at customerservice@petstek.com. Please note that a return shipping label is provided only for cases where the product received is defective, damaged in transit or the wrong item was sent. Where the return reason is change of mind or if an incorrect order was submitted through no fault of PetsTEK, return shipping will be shouldered by the customer.
All returned items will incur a 10% restocking fee.
Can I get a refund?
You will receive a full product refund after the item has arrived at our return facility and was checked in.
The product I received was faulty/damaged. What can I do?

Standard shipping is free with a purchase of over $49. Items below $49 will have a flat rate of $5.99 shipping.

How long is the shipping time?
On average, shipping can take from 2-5 days to be delivered, barring unforeseen delays.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to US addresses only. We currently do not ship to international destinations.
