Extended Warranty Program
1. Eligibility
1.1 Product Eligibility
• Effective December 1, 2025, only new remote dog training collars purchased from PetsTEK on Amazon or Shopify are eligible for the extended warranty.
• Customers must have completed their initial warranty registration with the manufacturer in order to qualify for and claim the complimentary extended warranty from PetsTEK. Failure to register the original 2-year warranty will make the product ineligible for extended warranty coverage.
• Refurbished, used, or open-box items are not eligible.
1.2 Purchase Requirements
• Orders totaling $50 or more qualify for a complimentary 1-year extended warranty on all eligible remote trainers, bark collars, and fence systems.
• Accessories are excluded from this offer.
• Customers must register their warranty within 30 days of purchase.
1.3 Registration Requirements
Warranty registration must be completed through the designated PetsTEK registration link and include:
• Customer name
• Valid email address
• Order number or proof of purchase
• Product model
• Serial number
1.4 Warranty Activation
• The extended warranty becomes effective the day after the manufacturer’s warranty expires.
• Customers will receive a confirmation email once registration is approved.
2. Coverage
The Extended Warranty mirrors the original manufacturer’s warranty and includes:
• Defects in materials or workmanship
• Electronic or functional failures not caused by misuse
• Battery failures resulting from manufacturing defects (as permitted under manufacturer standards)
If the product cannot be repaired, PetsTEK may replace it with:
• The same model, or
• A comparable model of equal or greater value if the original model is discontinued
Warranty replacements do not extend or renew the warranty period.
3. Exclusions
The Extended Warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear (including natural battery degradation)
• Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or discoloration
• Water damage caused by misuse or exceeding rated water resistance
• Damage due to accidents, improper handling, negligence, unauthorized repairs, or modifications
• Lost or stolen products
• Accessories (unless explicitly specified as covered)
• Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers or unverified marketplaces
Warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
• Use the product as intended and follow all instructions and safety guidelines.
• Retain proof of purchase and maintain valid warranty registrations with both E-Collar Technologies (2-year manufacturer warranty) and PetsTEK (1-year extended warranty).
• Provide accurate and complete information during warranty registration and when submitting claims. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay or void coverage unless corrected and reported immediately upon registering for the extended warranty.
• Exercise reasonable care in handling and using the product throughout the entire warranty period.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may void your warranty coverage.
5. Claim Process
1. Contact PetsTEK Customer Service to verify eligibility.
2. Submit a warranty claim via email or PetsTEK’s online claim form.
3. Provide the following information:
• Proof of purchase
• Warranty confirmation
• Description of the issue
• Photos or videos if requested
PetsTEK will review the claim within 3–5 business days.
Approved claims may require the product to be shipped in for inspection.
A repaired or replacement unit will be shipped once the claim is approved.
6. Legal Disclaimer
This Extended Warranty is offered by PetsTEK as an additional benefit and is separate from the manufacturer’s warranty. It provides specific legal rights, and customers may have additional rights depending on their jurisdiction. PetsTEK reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program; however, any warranties already activated will remain valid for their full term.

Warranty and Returns
How long is the warranty?
All products have at least 1-year limited warranty. Some products have a warranty lasting up to two years. For more details about the warranty, please see the product warranty page.
How do I cancel an order?
If you placed an order and would like to cancel it, please email us at customerservice@petstek.com. We do not guarantee that an item can be recalled after it has shipped.
How do I return the product?
We have a 60-day money-back guarantee. For return requests, please email us at customerservice@petstek.com. Please note that a return shipping label is provided only for cases where the product received is defective, damaged in transit or the wrong item was sent. Where the return reason is change of mind or if an incorrect order was submitted through no fault of PetsTEK, return shipping will be shouldered by the customer.
All returned items will incur a 10% restocking fee.
Can I get a refund?
You will receive a full product refund after the item has arrived at our return facility and was checked in.
The product I received was faulty/damaged. What can I do?
If the product you received is not working properly, you can contact us at customerservice@petstek.com, and we will assist you.

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free with a purchase of over $49. Items below $49 will have a flat rate of $5.99 shipping.
Do you have express shipping?
Yes, we offer expedited shipping.
How long is the shipping time?
On average, shipping can take from 2-5 days to be delivered, barring unforeseen delays.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to US addresses only. We currently do not ship to international destinations.
How can I track my order?
After your item is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number.

How do I know you're selling authentic products?
PetsTEK is an authorized reseller. You can find us under the manufacturer's list of authorized sellers.

PetsTEK values your privacy. Our payment channel is safe and secure. We also do not give out your personal information.
